1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At BAZENA we provide different delivery options for customer: Standart and Express courier. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and destination. We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
✈ STANDARD Courier takes approximately 15-20 working days to reach you from the time of dispatch.
✈ EXPRESS Courier takes approximately 3-6 working days to reach you from the time of dispatch.
Within Ukraine order is delivered free of charge by “Nova Poshta” service during 48 hours after order confirmation or from the moment of funds arrival to our bank account, in case of payment by bank transfer.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-15 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please provide your contact number in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
✈ STANDARD. All packages are sent via international registered airmail UKRPOST from Ukraine. Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are included. You can track your package here: http://www.track-trace.com/post. You need to select your country from the list with options.
In some countries, such as Canada and Australia, postal services do not provide online tracking for international registered airmail. In this case, you can track your package on the website of UKRPOST only – it will show the location and status of your parcel in Ukraine: http://ukrposhta.ua/en/vidslidkuvati-forma-poshuku
✈ EXPRESS. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
To receive an order at the “Nova Poshta” department, specify address/number of the preferable department in your order application. Your ID and invoice number are required when you will receive an order. The invoice number will be sent in a message to your mobile phone after shipping the order.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
